Delivery and Payments
Delivery of Orders
Delivery Locations - Everything Online will deliver to all states of Australia regardless of their location.
Delivery Time - All orders received before 12 p.m. each business day will be processed the same day and shipped from our Distribution Center direct to the Customer's delivery address via a national air/road freight company.
The delivery time to the Customers address may vary but will not excees 48 hours. Capital City delivery times are normally next day delivery.
These Delivery Times are estimates only as Everything Online uses third party services over which they have no control.
At the time of delivery, the courier will require a signature from a resident at the delivery address to confirm the order has been received.
At all times, the Customer is provided with the facility to track their order via the Everything Online website.
Payments
Everything Online will accept payment by Credit Card only, however if you wish to apply for an account, please contact the Accounts Department. An application does not guarantee that an account will be provided.
If you have a Paypal account you may pay by whatever means are available to you via you Paypal account.
Your Credit Card will be debited at the time of placing your order. The Merchant Name appearing on your Credit Card statement will be Paypal.
Everything Online uses the Paypal Secure Payment Gateway to provide credit card authorisations over the Internet. Your Credit card detail must be entered each time you place an order. This way we do not need to store your confidential information. Paypal provides confirmation to you while you are still on their secure site. The only details Everything Online are given by Paypal is whether the transaction was successful or was declined.
Everything Online payment can be made by the following credit cards : American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, VISA.
SECURITY GUARANTEE
When payments are made by our customers, the customer deals directly with Paypal to make the credit card payment.
The session the customer establishes with Paypal is secured using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Customer's credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the internet.
